We endeavour to show a true likeness and description of the products we sell. However all computers are not the same, and as such colours can vary widely from one screen to another. We suggest if colour is critical that you send for samples before placing an order, which can be done from our samples page here .

No, the upload image facility is there purely so you can see how your picture /artwork will look in the frame and mount, which will hopefully help you choose the right combination.

For standard service we aim to manufacture your order within 7 – 10 working days (but allow up to 14 days). At busy times this may be longer. For priority service we aim to manufacture your order within 1 – 2 working days. Delivery on all orders to England, Wales and Scottish lowland postcodes is next working day following dispatch. Other destinations are shipped on a 2–3 day service.
Please note once your order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers which are out of our control.

Standard service delivery is £6.95 & priority service delivery is £12.95 for UK mainland except Scottish Highlands. Both are on a next day service from date of dispatch.
Collection from our workshop is Free. Prices for all orders to other destinations are as follows, all on a 2–3 day service: Scottish Highlands and Islands – £10.95 Northern Ireland – £14.95 Republic of Ireland – £15.95 Channel Isles – £17.95 Isle of Man – £10.95 Isle of Wight – £14.95 Scilly Isles – £17.95

We use clear Perspex as standard, but you have an option to upgrade to anti-reflective Perspex or 2mm acrylic if required. Due to courier restrictions and the high risk of breakage we do not use glass in online frame orders, unless you wish to collect your order in person from our workshop in Middleton, Manchester. In which case please choose glass in the glazing options and at checkout choose local pickup.

There is a protective plastic film on both sides of the glazing which needs to be removed prior to framing your artwork. This is invariably the cause of such issues.

If your order has not been manufactured then of course you can cancel or amend it by emailing us as soon as possible after placing the order. Also confirm this by telephone so we can verify your email has been received, PLEASE NOTE your email alone is not sufficient as it may be the case we don’t see your email in time to stop production. If your order has already been manufactured, as it is a custom made product it is not eligible for cancellation, amendment or refund.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please email with as much detail as possible and provide photos of damage within 3 days of receipt. We will of course re-manufacture your order to the original specifications and dispatch as quickly as possible.
