Virtually all our frames and mounts are made order to your individual specifications. We are unable to accept returns on these items for exchange or refund if they have been supplied correctly.
Moulding samples can be ordered from the samples page of the website if you are unsure which frame to choose, and a measuring guide is also available to help you if required.
If you are unsure about any aspect of the framing process or just want advice please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
In the event your order arrives damaged or is faulty you must email us within 3 days of receipt and provide photo evidence of the damage or fault.
Once we have verified such damage or fault we will replace the damaged/faulty item as a priority. We may if appropriate organise a collection for the item.
We cannot however offer a refund on made to measure orders.
